Grown made and bottled on O’Donohoe’s Certified Organic Farm, Berri, South Australia
Single vineyard and vegan friendly wines made with wild yeasts and partial whole berry fermentation.
This wine has been described as gorgeous.
Water stressed yields of less than two tonnes of fruit per acre are used.
There is a dark crimson colour and deep crimson hue, with top notes of mocca and dark chocolate followed by spice and licorice.
Good palate weight with fine dry tannins and an after taste of blackberries, blueberry and complimentary toasty vanillan oak.
Dry tannins persisting.

Sinuous, lithe, perfectly tannic: it’s a miracle
